Maybe the reason so many talented Quebec artists don't get the recognition they deserve is because the pseudo-bad boy Leloup has all but devoured the press' attention everywhere. Smart man he is, that Leloup. Smart, and with enough balls to piece together a couple of new tunes (1990, Decadance (sic)), mix them with his standard Cookie, and market, market, market, this mini-offering to death. You've got to be a die-hard fan to pick this up for 7:17 seconds of new stuff, even if it is decent. Plus, L'amour est sans pitié is being re-released with 1990 on it, go for that. Merci Alex!
